"This is my own personal experience. I have felt a genuine care and concern for those who work and serve here. Considering all the confusion in the world, there is a feeling of love and faith. I have tried to be more open minded about my own weaknesses and what I might need to work on to become a better person and a kinder human being."
"I got sick right after they called and gave me the number for the therapist so I didn't call right away, plus I have issues making and receiving phone calls. After about 2 months I finally texted the counselor since the number I had was a cell number and she won't even answer my text message! She finally messaged me but now has moved back to Washington State and I haven't heard from her or anyone else for over a month! Call the office and they won't change my therapist, they just tell me to try to contact her again!"
"I've been attending LDS Family Services for counseling. Here's the thing - EVERY therapist brings a part of what they know/believe along with their education, and not every therapist is going to be a good fit for you, regardless of where you go. It's important to find someone that is a good fit for you and your needs in order to get the help you need. Of course these counselors are Mormon, it's called LDS Family Services. Personally, I have had a great experience and feel like the therapist I'm going to really understands my needs and has been able to help me. I trust that she knows what she's doing, and not just because she has a master in psychology. Again, not everyone is going to be a good fit for you, but it's not fair to say that all of the therapists here are "a bunch of Mormons who don't know what they're doing." My experience has been great."
"LAME! Don't waste your money! A bunch of Mormons that don't know what they are doing. Sad I had to give it even a one. Not even worth that."
