Engage Transitions

Engage Transitions is a health institution located at 228 South 100 West, Cedar City, Utah, United States. Our focus is on providing clinically sophisticated support for young adults struggling with mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and lack of purpose. We are located near Southern Utah University and the beautiful mountains of Cedar City, offering a therapeutic environment for young adults to explore and heal.

Our therapists and certified life coaches are dedicated to helping young adults build stronger emotional connections and develop the necessary skills for success. Through attachment theory and experiential learning, we aim to help our clients better understand their attachment history and how it influences their relationships.

At Engage Transitions, young adults have the opportunity to participate in therapy, classes, community events, and outdoor activities while attending college or working. Our smaller social and clinical settings allow for deeper connections and sustained relational corrective experiences.

We focus on coaching and mentoring to empower young adults to gain independence and move towards a more secure sense of self. Our goal is to create a therapeutic environment that supports security, exploration, and connection, helping our clients navigate attachment and relational distress.
