The store had the items that my wife wanted. All items were very nicely wrapped and bagged. The pricing was reasonable when compared to other quality brands. My wife and I both left the store happy. "I don't leave reviews for stores like ever. Like. Ever. But! Visiting COACH at City Creek Center and working with Cooper was THE MOST amazing experience I have ever had. I have been into car dealerships like Bentley, Rolls Royce, etc and have not received the level of care and courtesy that Cooper showed to my fiancé and I. We ended up buying a key tag and passport cover in our first transaction, but we had such an amazing experience that when we left the store and not even 50 feet from the door we turned around and decided we had such a pleasant experience at this store that we would go back in and purchase a few more things.
