"I ordered a dress from here for a wedding and the fit was very unflattering. Not what I was expecting from photos. I hadn’t looked at their return policy so I went to return it only to find they only take store credit (and why would I want store credit if their clothes don’t fit well). Most stores take returns these days, and their return policy isn’t readily displayed so I didn’t think much of it when ordering. I also asked one their employees about it in store and she wasn’t very nice about it. Made me not want to go back. I haven’t been able to sell it on Facebook marketplace or to any friends, so If I were you, I would definitely try it on in store or else you’ll have an $80 dress you can never wear and will have a hard time selling. This place is not worth it."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! I ordered dresses for a wedding and sizing is all over the place. I used their guide. It was wrong. Tried to get refund and they only offer in store credit. When I spoke to customer service they told me I should have looked better/ that it is listed under every item on their page. It is not. The customer service was snide and super unhelpful."

"Agree with everyone else here-- Buyer beware! This company has terrible customer service. I bought a dress, didn't fit, so I returned it. Did not realize returns are only refunded as store credit. Annoying but not the end of the world. I then used the store credit to order a shirt and when I got the shirt there was a hole in it. When I reached out, customer service was condescending and suggested "I donate it to a local charity." They could refund me in store credit but not my original card-- the perfect scam to make more money off the customer! Moreover, they deleted my posts and blocked me on social media. Very unprofessional."

"I ordered two dresses- the one dress was great and fit perfect. The other dress was more sheer/see-through than I had thought, so I decided to return it. It's my own fault for not reading the fine print, but I was surprised to hear that you cannot get your money back if you return the item- you only get a store credit. The worst part is they don't give you a return label, you have to mail it back on your own dime. My shipping cost was $12.99 for one dress, so I will definitely end up losing money on this, plus now I have a shop credit and they have low inventory in my size and I'm not sure what to buy. I wish they'd just accept returns like normal stores."

"If I could give them zero starts, I would. I wish I would have read the Google reviews before purchasing. This boutique looks as if they have cute, quality items. I would compare the quality to Amazon - cheap, thin, and wrinkled upon arrival. When I got my order of three dresses, not one dress fit the same. I am always a size small. One dress I was swimming in, another was too tight, and one fit just right like normal. You would think with a situation such as this, they would be understanding. How was I to know that all three dresses in the same size would fit differently? Nope! Only offer store credit and make you pay the shipping fees back. Never again will I order from here! Don't expect to get a response back, because their customer service has no interest in making things right so they actually have repeat customers."
