"Dr. Graul is amazing. She takes the time I need to listen and explain. My previous doctor wouldn’t see me since I wasn’t having a medical emergency and I was so overwhelmed but Dr. Graul was kind and patient and was able to get me taken care of. She is also really great at not over booking so I am not there for hours on end. My time is just as valuable and I don’t feel like most doctors see that."
"Practices INSURANCE FRAUD!!! SCAM ARTISTS! Will overcharge you for out of pocket costs and keep the money. I was a first time patient and staff said it would be $700 out of pocket for an in office ablation procedure. When discussing bills I kept getting from Phase II with my ins. Blue Cross, they sent me the EOB that showed the procedure was covered in full. BCBS contacted Claudia, the office manager and she called me right away to apologize for the year long oversight in billing. She said she would send a check out right away. It's now been over 1 year since procedure and over 6 weeks since Claudia said she would refund the money owed and nothing. Claudia and her office staff are no longer returning phone calls to BCBS or myself."
"Dr Graul is incredible. She listened to all my concerns and needs and made it happen. I had been looking for a doctor for almost 10 years to do a hysterectomy and she is the first to say yes. It was the best decision. Recovery was a breeze. I didn’t take any major pain killers other than ibuprofen after day 3 and was back to work full time after 1 week. Highly recommend Dr Graul!"
"Super professional, quick but still informative. I'll stick with her moving forward."
"My experience with Dr. Graul wasn't positive. My PCP recommended her for a condition I've got (PMDD), so I was hopeful she'd have a treatment that might actually work. Most doctors I previously saw either didn't believe PMDD is a thing or just gave me Prozac for it. Prozac did not work for me and also made me feel numb inside. I let her know that I'd tried to treat this with Prozac unsuccessfully, and she basically told me she could give me Prozac and that's pretty much all she could do, so it was Prozac or nothing. It felt like she didn't believe me and certainly felt like she didn't care. She's older, so maybe it's that old fashioned mentality. I shouldn't speculate, but I have noticed a big difference in how I'm treated by younger doctors compared to the older doctors. I had a PAP done by Dr. Graul as well. They found that I had cervical cancer, which was very scary. The way I was informed was awful. They called me, asked to speak to me, and when I confirmed it was me, she coldly stated, "You have cervical cancer." That was it. It was shocking. I wasn't sure I heard right and asked, "What?" She rudely stated, "You have cancer. It's serious. You might not be able to have children." She had a cold tone to her voice. It felt like she thought that I caused this cancer and now they had to deal with it for me. I don't recall exactly what else was said because my ears were ringing from the news. She said something along the lines of me needing to schedule a procedure to have it cut out of me. I was at work when they called me. I had to go out to my car after they so abruptly gave me the bad news so I'd have some privacy while I sobbed. That memory still won't go quiet and it's been years. The whole process with her was traumatizing. That's why I decided to write a review. Maybe I can spare another woman the grief. Dr. Graul and her staff don't seem to know what empathy is, or they've become jaded. Maybe she didn't like the way I looked. Who knows? I later saw a nurse practitioner in that office, (Elizabeth Collins), and she was the complete opposite. She believed me when I told her I have PMDD. She didn't just try to give me Prozac and get me out of there. She actually researched this condition before my appointment and had printouts and different, drug free options to help alleviate some of my symptoms. It was refreshing after my experience with Dr. Graul, and I continued to receive care from Elizabeth Collins until I had to switch networks. I just wish Elizabeth Collins was the one treating me when they found my cancer. If you are thinking about receiving care from this office, I recommend seeing someone other than Dr. Graul."
