"The worst customer service I ever have in my whole entire career. The lady that I spoke today 10/2/23 she was rude! For the last 2 weeks nobody's picking up my uniforms! My question was when they going to come and get them. and she got mad because I asked a question. And you wonder why you guys lose some business?"

"Cintas' communication leaves much to be desired. We experienced a week without a delivery, and unfortunately, received no communication or explanation for this lapse. To add to the frustration, we were still billed for that week. I've been trying to get in touch for two weeks, specifically with manager Josh Bingham, but haven't received a response. My concerns remain unaddressed, and this experience has left me deeply disappointed. If you're considering doing business with Cintas, I'd advise caution based on my experience. "I work and am unable to call Cintas during their "business hours". Very frustrating that their website doesn't offer an alternate method of contact. My company pays Cintas for uniform shirts and slacks. Problem is that the shirts are right-handed. One of the pockets (over the left chest area) is pre-sewn for an ink pen. As a lefty - this is very frustrating, and I'd like to have the shirts altered or reordered. But - I can't reach out to them."
