"Very disappointed with this location. I ordered a trenta cold brew coffee and when I left the location I took a sip and it tasted like coffee and berries. I don’t know if they didn’t clean the container properly or something, but I only could drink a third of it. I had a 400 mile drive ahead of me, so I didn’t have the time to turn around and have them make another one just to have the same thing happen to me again. What a waste. For $6 the least you can do is clean your equipment. They weren’t even that busy, do better Starbucks!"
"Continues to be the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It doesn’t matter how many cars are in the drive thru or if you order online it’s about a 20 min wait every time. They should have invested in more employees instead of remodeling the building when it really didn’t need it."
"I was very disappointed. I decided to take my kids to get a drink since that Starbucks recently reopened. I ordered my son and daughter a drink at about 5:01 and it was ready at 5:07. Then my older daughter ordered two drinks at 5:07. I ordered another one for myself at 5:08. (We were deciding and the employee took my first order and made it before taking mine and my other daughters order). We went and sat down and waited. At 5:20, we still didn't have our drinks. Went and asked about them and they realized they hadn't taken them off the printer and told me, we just reopened and our printer doesn't work. No apology, even tho, I watched over 7 drinks be made and delivered through the drive thru window. They took the order off the printer, and made my daughter's 2 drinks. One of them was wrong and my daughter didn't even drink it. I waited until 5:27, never receiving my drink and being in a time crunch at that point...(I'd been there for almost 30 mins), I asked them not to make it and refund me. Customer service was terrible. There were at least 6 employees there. 2 were helping the drive thru, one was I guess supposed to help walk in customers, however, that was questionable. And the other were wandering around doing inventory or laughing. Overall, very disappointed in one of my favorite places to go get a drink and chill for a minute or two with my kids. I doubt I'll go back to this location again."
"Pretty disappointed in my experience at this Starbucks location today. Starbucks is my go to place for coffee and I’ve never had an experience like I had today. My family and I popped in for a few drinks this afternoon. My sister and brother ordered first and got their drinks within a few minutes. However, my mom and I waited over 20 minutes for our drinks..two basic, very popular drinks with no customizations. The drive thru was empty when we arrived and there were 4+ employee working. However, only two employees were actively making drinks. Others were walking around doing inventory fully aware of us and other customers waiting on drinks. While waiting we were asked if we had been helped which we replied yes and that we were just waiting and had been for a while. There seemed to be no rush or consideration to figure out what drinks we had ordered or how long we had been waiting for. When I finally received my drink the time on the ticket was 5:09, I didn’t end up getting my drink until 5:30. Quite ridiculous. And to top it all off, my mom didn’t even end up receiving her drink due to the time crunch and had to just ask for a refund. My drink was not made correctly either after waiting all that time. It was watered down and didn’t taste like the right drink. I was really looking forward to my coffee today and to have waited that long just for it to be wrong makes me even more frustrated. And instead of apologizing the employees just made up excuses as to why it had taken so long. Definitely not the customer service you look for at Starbucks."
"The staff on the drive-thru were so patient on taking our orders and they got it right despite multiple people ordering at once which is confusing if it was me on the other end. They were still all smiles when they gave us our orders on the drive-thru window despite the long time it took us to finish making our orders. Kudos to you guys keep up the good work."
