Agency VA

"The WORST. I tried the VA and that was okay until mine vanished and then it was a couple that just were clueless. I finished that and moved on. So this summer I see the auto pilot program and I say lets try that. HOLY SMOKES it was an E&O nightmare. They couldn't get the name of people correct on the templets they used. Dropped the ball soooooo many times. Then when you go to cancel they still think they should be owed 3 months for nothing. Why would I want your people to screw up everything for three more months. Joshua the director of customer service is horrible at the actual service. His job should be more like lets get them extorted for 3 more months and know they are terrible. Just don't do it. I have been in the industry for over 20 years and I have never experienced this incompetence from a company that is supposed to help you not hurt you by upsetting clients daily."

"My god guys! Some of your employees are from different time zones. Today is payday and it's already 7pm but we still don't have our salaries. This is not the first time that this happened. It is almost every payday it's like this. Our bills amd responsibilities are not on based on U.S time. How come BPO's are able to send their employees salaries on time? When I was working in BPO we get our salary 8am on the day of payday. We even get our salaries on a friday if the payday falls on weekend. This has been an issue with AVA. I hope our CEO'S will address this concern. Not only the salary is delayed, it is super low compared to other VA companies out there."

"They lied to me. Called me and said hello this is a call from Florida Blue health insurance. Then they asked if I had renewed my policy. If it was florida blue they would already know if I had or had not renewed. So I asked who it really is and they revealed they are a 3rd party virtual assistant company and not infact my Blue cross Blue shield florida insurance company as they claimed that they were initially."
