"Kaitlyn has been grooming our Bernese mountain dog for over a year. Not a small job! He had never been to a groomer and was terrified the first time we left him with her to be groomed but she was patient and took lots of breaks for him to settle down and he did fine. Kaitlyn and her team worked with him until they felt comfortable without the muzzle. I was thrilled they took the time to build a relationship with him.
