"I've been trying to call and kept text messages for appointment for the last two weeks. I have not received any return calls or text messages regarding my two dogs for a grooming appointment. I have taken my dogs there three times prior to this and your not allowed in the business at all with I think is strange. I called today and this is how the owner responded to me after I told her I've tried to reach out for appointments. She says OK I said I left text messages she says again OK I said OK then she replies wwll I had a death in the family so I have been out I said how would I know that if no one called me or text me to let us know this she then replies go find someone else then and hung up on me .. This is not costumer service and this owner should not take it out on me because she lost a loved one . Like I said before animals are better then people. I give her a zero for her score ."

They don't wince, whine, struggle, or recoil when I take them there for their appointments. That means that Angel treats them with love, respect, and kindness.
