"Good shoes, but this store is a mess and needs a lot of work. The lady had to run back and forth between the warehouse and the showroom constantly to show us shoes, so something that could have taken 15 minutes ended up taking an hour. She was the only one there, and the problem could easily be solved by using a dolly, having the shoes somewhere in the showroom building, or moving the showroom to the warehouse. Also their selection is very very slim, you're better off ordering online and bringing them back here to return them."
"Customer service (Annette) was great. Clear communication, kind, professional, dedicated. Had almost no wait on hold. Quantum shoes fit perfectly (bought half size up) on my long, narrow feet. Walked five days on a big city holiday. No foot pain -- that is incredible and has never happened. Highly recommend."
"Purchased the KURU Quantum wide shoes for my girlfriend who is a nurse. She has supination and has a very difficult time finding shoes that support her posture properly. She says that they feel like she's walking on air. She's never had a more comfortable pair of shoes. I got them for her several months ago, and the in soles started wearing down. I sent an email to customer support requesting information on purchasing a replacement insoles as it wasn't an option on the KURU website. It took a couple weeks, but when the KURU-Guru by the name of Will responded he apologized for the long wait time and had advised that a free replacement pair had been shipped. I am very grateful for the great customer support, and I would suggest this brand to anyone. Value- the price is high, but they know what they got and the happiness and satisfaction that my girlfriend experienced from this purchase was priceless. Then they stood behind their product when it had normal wear and tear and offered free insoles since purchasing a new exact same pair was unavailable. Thank you KURU GURU Will"
"Definitely read the complains here! You'll find out everything you need to know about this company. My mom and I each bought a pair of "final sale" shoes. I got one size up as they don't have a size 5. The size 6 was way too small. I tried on my mom's 8wide and they fit almost perfectly. She is typically an 8 and couldn't get her foot in. It is absulutely ridiculous, regardless of final sale or not, that we cannot send them back for a refund when the sizes are literally 3 sizes off. How was I to know to buy 3 sizes bigger than my normal size? So we have unwearable shoes that we cannot return. Furthermore, their response back to their negative reviews on their site are clearly a copy/paste that don't address your issue. They don't answer any other mode of contact. Like others have said, they spam your email with ads. I was going to keep my mom's size 8, but as others have said, the arch support is futher back making your feet hurt. I understand there is a "break in" period. They recommend 2 weeks. I've been trying to break these in before our Disney/Orlando trip and I just don't know if they will be comfy by then."
