"Pay is rediculious low for a professional. Turnover is extremely high. Had four other nurses start training with me less then a year ago. Three nurses quit within two months. One nurse out of five is still there. Always 14-16 calls in the queue. So glad I gave my notice."

Karathin?....and she lost patience with me when i asking encounter appropriate questions ..." yes..GOD.. JESUS almighty," she would say...now would you say this is the kind of professionalism you want your clients and patients to experience?... I am speaking from the clients perspective and I can confidently say that this company can negatively influence the image of your company by the way they answer the phone calls. you're not dealing with somebody ordering food at your restaurant. these are patients with limiting factors, that need empathy and compassion. please reconsider before using this company. i hope my review can somehow act as a deterrent."

"DO NOT USE CARE XM SERVICE FOR YOUR OFFICE. We used TeleMed for years with no issues. In September of 2022 Care XM took over. With out us knowing or approving they changed the recording our patients here when calling after hours. It always said that the office was closed and to only hold on for urgent matters. After they took over it changed to only say, You reached "Office Name" please hold to be connected. So of course every patient stayed on hold. They are now charging us overage fees for all of theses calls. They are not doing anything to accept responsibility. Now we have to get our attorney involved. They are not pleasant or helpful at all. I now see from the other reviews this is the norm for them and they are none for being crooks. I am also working with the American alliance of Orthopedics to get them band from advertising at our conferences in hopes to saving another company from this awful Esperance."
"I worked for this company x five years (with multiple name changes over the years). They pay their nurses remarkably low. Nurse turnover is crazy high and there seems to be no effort nor concerns about changing that. Quality patient care never seemed to me to be something the company cared to improve on. I am so happy to finally have moved on from this company."
