"Just like many others have stated, you never receive any type of bill, just a notice of a debt collection from an agency. I’d much rather pay the $20 invoice immediately, then to have it go on my credit or deal with collections. They definitely have my contact information, as they passed that on to the collection agency. Seems like a weird strategy/business model."

"I saw the reviews and was so worried when I saw my informed delivery this bill was coming. My son broke his collar broke and needed a sling at the instacare at Snowbasin. My bill arrived a week later for $11.00. SO reasonable and bill arrived in a timely matter."

"Wish I could give them zero stars. Never even heard of this company until I got a text saying my bill had been sent to collections. What bill? Never got a bill? Don’t even know what brace I’m being charged for. Kind of insane that this company is still in business after every review says the same thing. Clearly the evidence supports they’re not actually sending out any bills. You’d think that if they can get a phone number to text about collections, they’d be able to get a recent address to send the bill. Or perhaps send the text with a link to the bill? After all, this is 2023. They get an F grade on BBB. This company seems like they need a class action lawsuit against them with all of these people experiencing the same thing. What a scam of a company."

"Adding my experience although it's obviously unnecessary. Same experience. I've never received one invoice just a text from a collections agency. When I called I was assured that they always send out invoices. I advised her to read their reviews. They probably wouldn't have such an issue with collections if they sent bills out. Their books would look better as well. Just saying, the common denominator is you, DME."
