"EXTREMELY DISHONEST. They nickel and dime you for every penny. Random fees pop up almost monthly. I deep cleaned every inch of my room and apartment and they still took $230 worth out of my deposit to fix my apartment. Shame on these lying thieves."

"This apartment complex is so not worth the money do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live. When my roommates and I moved in the entire place was dirty from the people before i’m sure they got charged a cleaning fee but yet management did nothing about it before we moved in. I myself and all of my roomates are getting charged $150 for said wall damage but we didn’t cause any wall damage if they are talking about the beaten up walls that were already there before any of us moved in then why is that our responsibility to pay for?? Don’t move in here you’ll just be waiting for all their hidden fees they are scamming you with."

"So I didn't live here, I lived at College Place Provo, but they've owed me money after "accidentally" overcharging me last July and it's been almost a year. They don't answer my texts and emails but maybe public shame will do it. Hi management. It's me again. You owe me money please. Toodles "

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Me and my roommates have never lived in a worst apartment complex. My car got booted in my own spot (that you will pay $50 a month for) and they wouldn't pay for it. They promised us $25 off our rent every month and we have to call in every single month and baby them to fix our rent to the correct amount. The management is so shady and very deceitful. When I first toured the complex they showed me their bigger apartment which is extremely drastic compared to their smaller apartments. and then move in day they put us in a completely different and tiny apartment. We all end up paying well over $600 a month with all their hidden fees. Do not live here."

"Pros: The apartment interior is well-designed with tasteful colors. Appliances are nice and gives the apartment an overall modern feel. Communication with office is great and they are quick to address repairs. Right next to the campus; close to getting to BYU. Cons: Entrance to parking is pretty steep (although they are great with making sure snow and ice is removed quickly when present). Exterior of the building isn't cleaned frequently. Overall it's a nice apartment and the ward is also great. While a little pricey for Provo, you get what you pay for."
