I have been using them for over 2 years now, and if we didn’t have them in place, I’m sure we would have made a mistake that would have put us out of business. They are next-level professionals. They take care of EVERYTHING HR related within my organization. This is an outsourced HR shop that has treated me like their partner and my business like it is their business. If you are a small to medium sized business that is growing and you want to completely button up your HR, this is the place!"

"Do not use this company unless they get new staff. Our company used their services and we were never pleased, there were often issues with payroll and halfway through the year my Year to Date reset through their system and caused issues with getting approval on a loan (they had no explanation for this or solution). After leaving the company I was at, I reached out to get my W2, after 8 correspondences back and forth (requesting a digital copy of it and not for it to be mailed). Natalie responded and said she had it mailed - which I specifically asked not to do, 3 times. I called into the office and spoke with Brooke, to tell her how unprofessional and unhelpful Natalie was.. She didn't once apologize, but instead told me I was being unrealistic and my W2 was in the mail. I told her we are in the middle of a snow storm and I've been asking for a week for a simple digital copy. She said if I don't get it by next week, she will send the digital copy then. I asked if they had a policy against sending me a digital copy - several times, and she said no. So clearly, it is pure lack of customer service and laziness, which is exactly what we experienced as a consumer as well. I asked for her boss' name and she said Rob, I asked for his last name and she wouldn't give it. I asked if the call was recorded, and unfortunately, it wasn't."

"Our company has used Solution Services since 2013. Recently, when we sent in the payroll information to Solution Services, an error was made with two employees who have the same last name. We incorrectly reversed the commissions to two sales people in two separate states. On the morning of the date of the payroll (Friday no less), the employee in Colorado informed his supervisor that he had been underpaid. We contacted Solution Services Friday morning to fix our mistake and not only did Solution Services fix our error, our valuable salesperson in Colorado received his correct pay the same day. Our mistake, but Solution Services solved our problem the same day! This is only one example of the many times they have gone above and beyond to support us. We are very pleased with our long term working relationship with them."

"I have worked for Solution Services for more than a year, two blocks of time as a rehire, and have always found the staff and owners to be very professional and thorough. Their clients are extremely loyal to them because of the quality of service they provide. In my business development and sales efforts for the company, I have had business owners tell me that signing up with a PEO was the best business decision they ever made. I believe clients of Solution Services feel the same way, and that every client would say using Solution Services as their PEO has saved them money. Look at the fine print and you’ll see that the negative reviews have no merit or known association to the company or it’s owners and employees. They are just malicious efforts from others, probably competitors, who have never had the pleasure of working with this group."

"I worked for a company for which Solution Services did the HR work. From the beginning, it was fairly difficult to get in touch with our "agent" when we needed something as employees. When I separated from the company, I needed to keep the insurance through Cobra, and starting it was a bot of a joke. Even though I filled out all the paperwork and scanned it to them, and hand-delivered the first payment check, I was without insurance for a week. (Yes, it was backdated, but annoying.) Now I am with another company and stopped paying the COBRA over a month ago, and it STILL has not been cancelled! This is causing issues with my new insurance paying for anything because they are showing the previous insurance as the primary-even though I have not had them in over a month. When I called Solution Services about it on Friday, I was told the person that would be able to get me a letter stating the COBRA is cancelled would be in today (Monday), but when I called today, I am told she is out all week. Then I have to email them to request a letter. This is one of the most irritating experiences I have ever had with HR after no longer working with a company. These "HR Professionals" need to get their act together better!"
