"Foundation Auto has really nice employees but they are a little weak on the customer service side. Waiting for Kia ignition lock parts since January 5, 2024. Follow up calls were promised but apparently forgotten or misplaced twice. I'll go to the service department today to try to resolve this. Please do better for your customers."

"They did have a thing called Foundation Care, which had 3 oil changes and ture rotations for right at $105 before taxes. When I came in today, they told me they were no longer continuing that program so I would have to use a coupon. I told her that it is a paid service that was already paid for (which makes it a contract and I have my receipts so I font see how they could stop it on my last service). That's when it was, we'll talk to the manager. Like they are doing me a favor. Hmm no, you are upholding your end of the contract, like any business should do. I now wonder how many people are getting screwed because they don't fight this new things. Foundation has suvked since I moved here. It makes me miss Holly Kia, in Felton, Delaware all the more everytime I come here. So disappointing!!!"

"I purchased my first brand new car here, and I felt no pressure from the team only true care about what I wanted. I came for a test drive and the staff was so informative of all my questions. They took their time and were nothing but honest with me. Due to their honesty I decided to purchase right then and there with them. I felt very comfortable and almost like family when I left. Easiest and best experience. Alexus was nothing shy of outstanding and Danny really broke down the financial side of things for me. They both even followed up with me a few days later to make sure I was happy. I’d drive an hour over and over again for this amazing team. It truly is the employees that keep a business going- they have the “glue” here. Kia should be proud of their staff at this location."

"They had my car for 3 months- said it needed a new motor. Kia did not think it needed one so they sent a tech out to run test. When he finished the car was fixed (supposedly). I traded it off and got a different car. I would not buy any car from Foundations - They originally said they did not provide cars when you had one in the shop. I had to go to a friend in management to get something done about it. Finally a car was provided for the remaining time my car was in the shop. Not a pleasant experience. Communication was almost non existent I had to go down to the shop to get information early on. They finally did some communication once the Kia service manager was fired and replaced. I really loved my optima but the service and other things soured me on the company. I bought a different brand of car this time."
