"Was buying a motorcycle and attempted to get a quote from them to get insurance so I could drive it off the lot. I wanted a local company as I just moved to Texas and needed to insure my truck, car, rv and new motorcycle. I also need a new health insurance policy as a result of moving. I saw very good reviews on Pond and thought they seemed like a good one stop shop. I called and asked the receptionist for someone to help me. Left a message at 3.17pm for one of their agents. As I handled final paperwork, equipment and details I realized I still hadn’t received a call back. Called them back at 4.15 and emailed the office to ask what happened. Received an email back that the office closed early today and they could help me at 8am. Realized why people use those national mega companies at this point. I didn’t want to wait until the next morning to get my bike. Delayed by an hour I now had time to sit and write this review. I’m sure they are great but I didn’t get to experience that unfortunately. Instead I feel, sitting here, that my time was wasted."
