"I wish I could remember the sweet doctor’s name, but she was so kind and validating to me when she diagnosed me with the flu. I don’t usually have such pleasant experiences in places like these, but everyone was very nice."

"Unless you are going for something simple like the flu or a cold or sore throat, I do not recommend this place. Without giving too much of my health concerns away, The physician at this place completely misdiagnosed me and only tested me for something that I recommended he test me for, and basically let me go out the door with a highly contagious viral infection and no game plan or treatment. The physician spent very little time with me and showed little concern, basically telling me “it just needs to run its course”. After being told it would take 2 to 3 days for results, It’s now been a week and I still haven’t heard back from them about my results which I know have come back because I can see them in the portal. (and these are results that somebody SHOULD be reaching out to me about.) Luckily, I was able to get in with my own doctor this past Monday, who tested me for the same thing and already got the results back sooner than this place who tested me three days prior. And thank God for my own doctor because now I am able to be treated and on the right path. So unless you are going for something simple, like a cold, flu, sore throat… I do not, do not, do not, recommend this place. Edit: I would also like to add that I had the hardest time getting a hold of anybody up there all week trying to ask about my Results. The first receptionist, who took my information and said they would pass the message along, was not very Nice and since I never got a call back after that, I’m assuming she never passed the Message along. After many attempts to try to get a hold of anybody on the phone I did finally get to speak with somebody and received three random back-to-back calls so clearly the communication there is lacking I’ve got to say I do not think it’s fair at all for me to have to pay an $85 co-pay for what I experienced because they did nothing for me and if there was anyway to get $85 back especially now that I’m having to isolate for 3 to 4 weeks no thanks to them… I would greatly appreciate It."

"All staff made the experience less stressful, which I am thankful for. From the registration online to the end of the appointment, today’s visit took less than 3 hours. The attention was very good. They answered all my questions and explained to me clearly what I need to do to get better. Hope to not go back soon but if it’s necessary, for sure will be our first option."

"Their “walk in the door fee” is $180, the doctor came in to the room and said she couldn’t help me and I was forced to go somewhere else. However, I was still charged the $180 since I spent 10 seconds with the doctor to say she couldn’t help me. Extremely frustrating experience. I will try to get my money back, and I hope they will give it back, but otherwise just don’t go here."

"Terrible experience. Had a 7pm Web check-in appointment. Got there before 6pm and wasn't brought to the back until 7:28pm and was rushed. Doctor had no patience. When I left I realized there wasn't any letter for work in my release papers. I went back for one 2 minutes later. The doors were lock. She wouldn't let me back in I had to stand out in the cold knowing I am sick. She talk through the door at me rudely. When she finally brought me the letter that didn't have a return to work date on it. She rudely told me the next I need to get the letter before I left out of the room in back or I won't get one."
