"I stayed here for few weeks in a single room, room is small but not bad. Great price for that! If you follow instructions on the e-mail there is no waiting time. My check in did not take more than 5 min. Staff is friendly and when I left they had a new person to help check in and he was very friendly and helpful. I am not sure why other reviews are so low on rating. Do not expect 5 stars accommodation but for a hostel is a good deal."
"I'd be seeking out a 0-star, but the one redeeming quality that they have are that the maid staff are genuinely nice folks. The management itself is terrible. I never actually spoke to the owners/office once and it took me an hour to get into my room after arriving because there's no one there to help you with the convoluted sign in beyond a text message service that responds maybe 10-15 minutes after contact. The room itself is about large as you expect. I only had two things, but besides sliding stuff under the bed, you would have room for maybe four suitcases alongside their night stand, coffee table and small TV. Cost is also deceptive. Advertised is $169 a week, but it is really $200. I'm definitely not used to that. I know there's taxes and fees, but I've never stayed somewhere where there's a $30 difference between what's advertised and what they take off your card without quoting you first later on. Moreover, the transaction itself is pretty odd. They authorize the deduction as soon as you finish booking (which by the way, took me two days due to their slowness), and then it takes four days after you leave to finally be charged. It makes me wonder if I didn't put in the extra effort to make the room look better than when I arrived if they would hit me even more fees that I wasn't told about. Anyway, unless you're strapped for cash, pay the extra buck and get a hotel. If you're a broke, don't mind hearing people walking up and down the hall, showering and going in the fridge late at night, and have the patience of a saint when dealing with customer service, then this might work out for you"
"If you're looking for a cheap place to stay downtown, this is a deal for you! While not the cleanest place I've been (like others have mentioned the beds we're a little gross) it was a nice stay, perfect for my purpose and cheap too. The other guests were fine, never had a problem, though I never saw the staff, but I was also coming late and leaving early. Anyway, it was a good experience, just follow the directions they send you to make it a smooth experience."
"The WORST hostel I've ever stayed at! The hostel has a self check-in system and was a total hassle and took me two hours to finally get into my room. The place seems relatively clean and tidy but obviously it wasn't because I ended up getting LICE from staying there! DO NOT BOOK A ROOM THERE. The management messed up and assigned my key to someone else on my second day and I was locked out of my room for two hours. I stayed in a shared room and some homeless man checked into it my second day and smelled absolutely wretched and refused to take a shower the whole time. They charged my card the day I checked in, returned my money back into my account when I checked-out (which I kind of expected because I had such a horrible horrible experience there which they were aware of because I contacted them about my problems), and then a week later took out the money again which messed up my finances. Zero stars. The place is UNSAFE and unprofessional."
"A unique hostel experience. Check-in/out all automated and surprisingly smooth and trouble free. The building felt safe and secure and it seemed very clean and neat, albeit very simple. After this good experience I would definitely return here. The few people I did meet in my quick stay here were very nice and friendly and all said they regularly return here."
