"I enjoy the Catoosa location. Staff is pleasant. My main complaint is having an appointment scheduled at a certain time but am waiting over an hour for the dr to come in! My time is valuable too! If I were an hour late to the appt, they’d turn me away AND I’d be in trouble with my insurance, labeled a no show"

"No matter the time you call you get put on hold for 20+ minutes. Prescriptions take a week minimum to get sent in, even when you tell them IT’S A LIFE SAVING INHALER AND NEBULIZER MEDICINE! Then get told “calling multiple times will not rush it along”, or “I really need you to be patient with me”. No Ashley I’ve been patient for a week. I’m ringing phones off the hook on day 10. The nurse practitioner never even listened to my husbands lungs when he told her he was there for his asthma and it’s gotten worse here lately. Every time we leave there we’re irritated and in the same shape as when we arrived. Absolutely ridiculous AND I work in the freaking health field. I know it’s because there is a lot of paperwork to do but your patients depend on it!!!!!"
