"My husband had to have emergency gallbladder surgery. After the procedure there was a nurse that was incredibly mean to him. She didn't care that his IV machine kept beeping and then his IV was blocked causing him not to get his antibiotics he needed for after his surgery. My husband told them a lot of times and every time this nurse said she wld come turn it off. IT WAS 3 HOURS LATER!! Also, it took her 2-3 hours to get his pain meds he was scheduled for. This just seems to be the way Claremore Hillcrest works, and a lot of people know this. We could understand of they were busy, but they were !lol just laughing, talking and having a good ol time. The other guy that helped my husband and the other nurse that he had were beyond amazing and didn't care too much for this rude nurse This hospital really needs someone responsible to check and watch how horrible some of these docs and nurses are to patient's! My husband's a veteran and should not have been treated like he didn't matter...even for civilians they are treated horrible."

"This hospital hires either very uneducated or very non concerned people, including physicians. My child has been there 3 times for the SAME symptoms only to be misdiagnosed EVERY TIME. It is critical to his health and the delay of a proper diagnosis may handicap him. Do they care!? NOPE!!! I took him to a REAL hospital and it only took ONE time for a correct diagnosis and treatment plan. Imagine that!! I wouldn't take my dead dog there after this. They have misdiagnosed several times in the past and I still gave them a chance. No more. This one was too serious of a mistake."

"My brother suffered a stroke. Between the admissions, emergency room, critical care and an excellent social worker who arranged speech therapy and physical therapy and occupational therapy at Kaiser Rehabilitate. We were blessed to have a local hospital that took EXCELLENT care!!!"

"The worst experience I've had at any hospital. The woman working at the front desk was extremely rude. I have tried taking my daughter here twice because we live so close. She was left to sit in the waiting room both times. She was never seen by anybody. Paramedics had to pick her up from the waiting room and transport her to another hospital for immediate treatment. Adrenal Crisis is life threatening and this hospital either doesn't care or needs to do some research. We definitely won't be returning."

"This is the worst hospital you will ever go to. If you value your life at all, you will not seek treatment there. My gallbladder was rotting, and because I did not have insurance through the state of Oklahoma, because I was on vacation they left me to die. I went and had a second opinion, and was rushing to emergency surgery for gallbladder removal. My fathers appendix burst and they sent him home saying he was fine in 2016 and today My father a marine vet who has two different kinds of cancer came in because he thought he was having a stroke and they didn’t even hook him up to anything or check his vitals until I demanded it! Because he has VA insurance, Then they proceeded to tell my father, his face was fractured. He had a serious infection, spreading throughout his body, and on the verge of pneumonia fluid build up in his face and lungs with hypertension but they don’t treat that in the ER so just rest and take antibiotics!!! If you have no insurance you might as well just kiss any sort of actual treatment goodbye. The Drs. Here do not care about your life they just want a check. Do NOT GO HERE!!!!"
