"Caution!! Total ripoff. Cleaned our carpets, tile, and grout. Their extractor did not extract all the water out and left our carpets soaked. Left pools of water on all the tile floors. Avoided all our calls to come rectify the issue. Had to rent a machine to extract as much water as we could. Used fans for 5 days to help dry out all the carpets. Ended up having to replace two large rooms with new carpet and pad. Cost us $$$."
