"The facility was very clean, the washers and dryers were all newer models. I used the app to wash/dry. I was so grateful they were open late. We got back from a trip and had some bug issues and we were able to get everything washed and dried on the sanitize cycle."

"Came here around 10 am. Washer #12 allowed me to put in $4 of quarters, but then decided that the current concept of commerce and money (Insert $1= Display $1 paid) was no longer necessary. The "Smart Dryer" allowed 5 more quarters without raising the paid amount even slightly. There was absolutely no employees, the contact number stated to text or leave a voice-mail for an emergency, which I immediately did both with no response. Thankfully, we had the ol' spare butter knife in order to correct the "Smart" dryers way of thinking and retrieve my money. I would have given a 5 star if not for the following. There are 2 areas that "display" the internet/password, but whoever wrote out the wifi password appears to have been an intoxicated dyslexic toddler, because Every. Single. Character wrote down here is beyond unintelligible, and leaves the viewer wondering if each is a Letter, number, or possible hieroglyph. Still, the worst part was finding the one and only legible wifi/pass on display. This was easy to read, and unlike the previous writer (who quite obviously was strapped on to a paint shaker for the duration) it was simple to copy. And they were absolutely wrong. I tried every possible variation of every character. Nothing. No connection. And THAT is why you have earned this 4-star review. If it loads. Because I have no wifi. Still"

"Wow! O-Town blew me away. It was so clean and so nice! There are so many machines to choose from, in so many sizes! This isn't your average residential washer and dryer. They've got all the bells and whistles, and you can even purchase your detergent on site. Really modern, unexpectedly lovely. My first ever experience at a laundromat was a huge success, thanks to Janice! She immediately greeted me and showed me around. She helped me select the appropriately sized washer and use the super slick card payment kiosk. She kept checking in on me throughout the process. It was so nice to have someone there to help. Janice said she loves her job, and it really shows through the way she interacts with people. What a wonderful place!"

"I have been coming here now for 6 months. I find it is the best laundromat in the area. The faculty is kept clean and the prices are good. There is always an attendant available. Janice is my favorite and I am pleased when she is scheduled to work while I am there. She is very friendly and helpful."
