"Ed was fantastic and very professional. I didn't expect miracles for our carpet that had not been cleaned for over 4 years, but he gave us a miracle! Our carpet looks wonderful and we no longer have the bad pet smells. In the photo, on the left side of the heating vent, we had a small rectangle piece of furniture there for the last 4 and 1/2 years, so that small piece looked like brand new carpet. "I have been left with such a mess. Carpets took over 72+ hours to dry and even after two attempts my sofa and chairs have major water marks. I am just sick. These have been cleaned many times with no problems, even red lipstick, painted on them by two 3 year olds, have come out with no problem. Now I have to call my other cleaner to come fix this mess. Great---party tomorrow night and I should have been put together 3 days ago. So sorry I called Mr.ChemDry. Pictures were taken this morning before they came to try to fix this mess. This is how they looked three days after cleaning and were totally dry. Marks like these are all over one large sofa and two large armchairs. They look worse than when we started. Yuck!!! Hope they are not ruined and can be fixed by someone else. This doesn't help for wanted them clean and nice for this weeks parties."
