"The Associates were not prepared for the DIY EVENT at all! What I expected was what I see on Your Commercials! What I got was stuttering Associates who saw me when I came in. Which by the way my grandchildren were there and very disappointed because they didn't get to do anything. PERIOD! AT ALL!!! We were told we would have to go the length of the store in search of the wood the return to the desk and trace out the template, then take it the length of the store to HOPEFULLY GET IT CUT BY THE GUY IN THE TOOL RENTAL!!! Oh I was then told I would have to by screws, lights, & paints!!!! They did not offer the help nor support I Expected! I WILL NOT COME BACK NOT EVEN TO PURCHASE ANY MERCHANDISE!!!! When asked how they felt. They felt cheated, and angry that they didn't get to accomplish what we came to do as a celebration of my GRANDSON 14TH BIRTHDAY! This is what he said, "What a jip! So much for learning something new! I thought I would get the chance to use the jigsaw and the drill to actually make something to show my Dad!!!" What would do if this was your grandson???"
