"I have to give this place five stars, I had the air conditioner go out on my van mid June in Oklahoma,. If you're familiar with Oklahoma you know it's not the place to be sans AC in the summer time. I went to a neighborhood auto parts store to gather information about possible causes, remedies, costs, etc. They suggested I go see Randy Russo at 4 Auto, so I went in on Wednesday just before the 4th holiday weekend. I was given his card by one of the shop mechanics and told to send him a text. He got back to me within the hour and told me to come down and he would see what was going on. They worked on and tested my van for over 1.5 hours and came back with the news that the compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. When I asked what I owed for the diagnostics, he didn't charge me anything. I had called other shops who wanted between $75-150 just to look at it and tell me the problem. I had over heard him talking with another customer saying he was going to come in over the holiday weekend to fix someone's boat so they could get out on the lake for the forth. He told me to drop my van off Thursday night, so I did thinking I'd be without my ride through the holiday weekend, but he and the crew stayed late Friday getting it done. And believe it or not, the cost was below the quoted price for repair. It's hard to find quality people who will go the extra mile for their customers and stand behind their work. If you're in west Tulsa and need work done on your ride, stop by 4 Auto and know your ride is in good hands."
