"In short: Beehive Duct Cleaning is the real deal with affordable prices, no upsells, and not a side hustle with home depot tools. They have commercial grade equipment. Finally an air duct cleaning company that is legitimate and actually does an excellent job! From the moment Sandra and Dylan walked in, I could tell they were the real deal. They were super professional, communication was excellent, and they explained the process before getting started so I knew what was going to be done. They were careful with their equipment, wore shoe coverings around the rugs, and weren't rushing to finish the job and move on to the next one. I loved that they took before and after pictures! I previously used Purple Air Ducts and they were a joke. They didn't explain the process, used a small shop vac and didn't do any vents on the ceilings. So unfortunately I have this past experience to compare it too."

"This was a very rare experience for me, one which I have experienced only once before several decades ago. Last week my clothes dryer stopped working. When the repair man opened it, he found lint ALL OVER, and immediately said that I needed to have the duct cleaned. I asked who he recommended and he said Beehive Duct Cleaning, so I called them right away and scheduled for today. Then as the repair man got further into the machine he said I may not need a duct cleaning after all, as he found the connection to the duct had come loose, which was causing all the lint to accumulate around the dryer. I told him I had already scheduled, and he said if it had been awhile since it was cleaned that it would be a good idea to have it done today. So Beehive showed up today, they turned on the dryer, checked the outside vent, and told me that the mph was OK and I didn't need a cleaning after all. I told him I of course would pay them for the tri[p here, which to my astonishment they flatly declined, indicating that they only expected pay for work done, and since they did no work for me, there would be no charges. Anyone who would turn down money under such circumstances is rare, and I'm betting reflects the quality of their work. I almost would welcome a plugged duct so I could call on them again. So, of course I would highly recommend them."
