"I want to give a huge shoutout to this phone repair store.They seriously saved my life. After getting the runaround at three other places in Tulsa, I was ready to throw in the towel on my busted phone but these guys are miracle workers. First off, their service is absolutely top-notch. From the moment I walked in, frustrated and defeated, they treated me with kindness and respect. They listened to my phone sob story and assured me they'd do everything in their power to fix it and they actually did! They were the ONLY ones in Tulsa who could sort out the mess those other places made. There wasn’t a single store that I went to that knew how to fix motherboards and bring my phone back to perfect condition. And to add on top of all that, they threw in a free screen protector without me ever asking. They were fast, affordable, and knew what they were doing. None of that waiting-around-for-days nonsense or meaningless crazy high prices. They are really people you can trust and count on for all your technological needs. "I don’t recommend this shop. I wish I had gone somewhere and spent a bit more. Unfortunately after getting my phone screen replaced, it started glitching and it was like it was being tapped on when my finger wasn’t on the screen. I took the screen protector off that they gave me and that helped, but the touch isn’t the same and the new cover is less responsive. They did it so fast, that I almost wish they had taken their time with it. I would have waited. Also, the store employee couldn’t remember where he put my phone case and that was whatever, but then I read a review saying that they also experienced him not giving the phone case back. I was looking for this to be my go-to place, but I just can’t go back. Even with the warranty, I would prefer they did not work on my phone again. They were friendly, but that doesn’t beat craftsmanship. Unfortunately the place also smells strongly of cigarette smoke. I have no problem with people smoking, but it was a small place so I don’t recommend if you have allergies."
