"If you have nice stuff please don’ t bring it here! They are laundry place not dry cleaners.I noticed previously that my wool , cashmere cloths that I brought in there look like washed. So when I brought this expensive dress with real feathers I told them to put a note that is real and to treat it with care. Of course it was ruined totally and I went to talk with the owner he told me to complain to a maker of the dress because they put on the instructions dry clean only !! I am sure they washed it. If this is how you treat your clients too bad for your business."

"Update on this place is prices the service was just not good at all. I gave them 501's to do one thing & they gave me little boy jeans in return. My brand new 2day old jeans not only shrunk but had press stains on how they burned it, looked like they switched it out for someone else jeans. I wash my clothes accordingly to the tag as should for the cleaners read before ruined. They know nothing about fabric & really is not trained on how to wash clothes to be exact. I selected 1 star just to post but im really wanting no stars just a wave pass bye never again they did not treat my paid request properly."

"The ruined my daughters dress! This is the dry cleaner that laundromat owners are referring customers to, I will definitely let them know how big of a mistake that is! Bought my daughter a dress for her senior ball, hung it in the closet, was sitting a puppy who peed on the bag, and because the bag had “breathing holes” we took it in to be dry cleaned 2 days before her dance. They had it done the next morning. Picked it up, left it bagged up till the morning of her dance when she wanted to put it on with her shoes and jewelry, that’s when we seen all the damage, I knew as soon as I seen it, they put it in a regular washer! I went in as soon as they opened Monday to get her military uniforms that we dropped off the day after the dress, and talked to the owner who quickly said “we wash all items that care tag says can be washed, and your daughters dress if I remembered which I know can be washed”. As you can clearly see in photos it states clear as day dry clean only! They ruined a $587 dress, almost ruined her senior ball and caused stress and anxiety, and I had to rush and buy her another $587 dress, thankfully they had another one exactly the same. Not only did he not care at all, he kept changing the subject every time I would ask for compensation! I will never return!"
