"Worst nightmare ever! We were given a list of items that needed repaired in order to be rent ready. We completed most of the items on the list and left some items for them to complete to save us money. We got the invoice and it included the whole list of items including the work we did as if they were charging us for that. We requested a new invoice which was provided and that included 2 new things on there that were never discussed. They way overcharged us and refused to provide documentation or receipts to show what we were paying for. They refused to deduct items off the list. They stole our freezer and refuse ls to reimburse us. We are now filing a police report and contacting the BBB. Stay away from these people!"
