"Be aware ladies, if you get a mammogram with Mercy, that this place will just send you straight to collections. They don't even try to bill your insurance properly and they don't send you a bill. You will just get a notice from a collections office. It's a year later and I am still dealing with them. I use Mercy for healthcare and I am questioning this decision due to them using this place for mammograms and other services. UGH."

"Came here to share an experience much like other reviewers here.. I was sent to collections (over a bill totaling $28 dollars...) before ever receiving a bill from this company. They clearly had my address because I DID receive the letter from collections. It was also frustrating because it was only two months after the service was rendered (treatment at the hospital), and I had only just begun receiving all of the bills for my hospital stay. I will be writing to Mercy to reconsider their partnership with a company that has such lazy billing practices."

"Sent me to collections without ever actually sending me a bill. Called and they told me they sent me ONE letter (that I did not receive) and never attempted to contact me in any other fashion. The contact number also redirects to msn llc, a payment company without a physical address. Very very scammy. Very disappointing that a major hospital (Mercy) would use this company for their billing."

"Mis-billed my insurance (wrong address), then sent me to collections after only a few months. I called my insurance, collections, and the office over and over to get it corrected. My insurance has now paid (I have EOB), and it is still not fixed. These people are unorganized and ridiculous about money. I have never been sent to collections in my life. As a provider myself, I would have never punished a patient for my own office's error."

"Sent a bill of $11.00 to collection after zero attempts to collect the debt in 4 months. Sketchy people. Called their company "MSN Healthcare Solutions". She said she would forward me to their billing. I confirm the "billing" number was not the debt collector, she swore it was not. SURPRISE! it was. These people should be ashamed."
