"Documents were sent over to the hospital in november- December 2023. I reached out to the clinic after waiting over 4 weeks and they got my appointment scheduled for late February. On the day of my appointment I called to verify the address and when arriving I was told that my appointment had been canceled back in January and they could not see me. They rescheduled me."

"Dr Neuman is well respected and he is a great doctor. The receptionist was so polite and courteous. The nurse was also very nice, attentive and thorough."

Please go elsewhere and read the rest of the reviews(I’m not the only person with this issue). Diane was the scheduler that was apparently trying to get ahold of me for 3 weeks but never heard a single thing."

"The nurse and receptionist were rude after i had traveled thre and half hours from western oklahoma to get seen by dr. They were telling me cause i got lost and could find the parking entrance for parking building that i was late and they would have to reschedule me. I think they fit me in tue schedule some how that day. I dont like being talked to like i was a small child. I will never go back. I have a enlarged liver and consider this an emergency to see this dr and seeing as i live in the country in western oklahoma you would think the office personnal would have been more forgiving and ttied to help me with kindness and understanding. Not recommend using this office!!!!!"

"After attempting to schedule for a few days finaly was told I would get a call back in a few days. They couldn't just schedule then and there. The receptionist was rude and kept just putting me on hold I'm the middle of my sentences. If their office visit improves my experience I may come back online and leave a better review. I understand that they do this daily, but from the patients perspective for many of us this is a first time thing."
