"Staff was okay. Very easy to make an appointment. However, it was the worst blood draw I’ve ever had! It was painful and very uncomfortable. Took longer than it probably should’ve for only 3 small vials. It was as if the needle wasn’t properly placed into a vein."
"Very unprofessional environment and staff. Insurance exam shouldn't make you feel like your a parolee testing for drug use..."
"I had to comply with my medical contract and use the Exam One service only recently. The nurse who came out was great, very professional. However, getting my monthly results was a nightmare. They had not a clue of where my results were, nor the diagnostic laboratory to contact to receive results. Very frustrating to someone who has had these services for years past without having this problem. Ready to go back to a brick and mortar site to have my bloodwork done with results seen within a week."
"AWFUL. ZERO STARS. Son and daughter-in-law were tested for life insurance. They are both under 20 and healthy. Son passed. DIL was told after 3 separate tests that she basically had kidney problems i.e. KIDNEY DISEASE/FAILURE. When calling into the office for any explanation, she was treated rather rudely and was told "It is what it is..." So what does this mean? They're upset. We're upset. Her parents are upset. And not like we're bummed out that the night was ruined....but bummed out like quality of life, at the very least, was going to be an issue. That a kidney transplant might suffice? That death could occur. "IT IS WHAT IT IS!!!" WHAT A HORRIBLE THING TO SAY TO SOMEONE. Especially after a trip to her doctor and the same test performed indicated that they apparently didn't handle it right or didn't know what they were doing. It's more like IT IS WHAT IT WASN'T. I would recommend that anyone, whether you're a professional who uses these rude and apparently poorly hygiened people, or someone that is being forced to use them, look at other options. My son is going to be contacting other underwriters/insurance companies and pursuing life insurance for both of them elsewhere due to the association with these UN-professionals. If you work in this office and are reading this, get some training. I've had to use you and concur with the previous 1 star rating. It was done to me as well. Gloves touching all kinds of other things. Dirty things. Then handling my samples. I, however wasn't treated RUDELY. LUCKY ME!"
"I had one of your people come to my house to take blood sample for my insurance and honestly it was the most unpleasant experience. This person had huge nails that were with dirt under it, it was anti hygienic to have someone with nails like that touch you, very disgusting experience, you should be more aware and careful with the presentation of the people you hire as this was an awful experience and overall scary because I dont know if I am safe or not this is blood you are dealing with and it needs to be taken more seriously. Hygene is everything when dealing with peoples health it should be mandatory to keep nails cut and teeth brushed. The person was offended when I told him that he should cut his nails for his work, I should be offended that you are so carelessly about the health of the people you deal with to have people working with this appearance. I asked if he had changed gloves between my husbands and my blood sample, he never replied and said the gloves were for his protection not mine. Well he touched several things wearing gloves between my exam and my husbands exam, he touched his cell phone, backpack, ipad, pen, wearing the same gloves he used to take my husbands blood, when I told him it was just not proper hygiene he got upset and hurt my husband by taking the needle of his arm to where his arms is extremely swollen where he took the blood it shouldnt be like this I have taken blood several times and never had it swollen this only happens if someone hurts the vain or vessel not sure not a specialist but know it should be like this. Awful experience."
