"Communication is terrible, appointments are never available when you need it, the office staff is rude when trying to make an appointment. Serious issues are not a concern."
"If you deal with any sort of chronic illness you should find care elsewhere. Your concerns will go unheard and you’ll be mocked about “reading things online” when asking for additional testing. If your tests come back positive for what you suspected then she and her office will blow you off when trying to find new care. I had to find a new PCP for a referral because she didn’t respond in the portal nor did her staff follow up with me. She is condescending and will treat you like you don’t live in your own body to know what feels right or wrong."
"I have been a patient here for three years. My mother was a patient before me. I've been in with Integris Medical Group since I was a minor. I was diagnosed with celiac disease at 16.meaning I'm intolerant to gluten. My symptoms are severe abdominal pain that falls high on the pain scale. When I reached out to recieve something about condition Virdi and her staff repeatedly told me there was nothing they could do as there was no record. THis happened over and over every call. I finally spoke to a nurse and was told the information was overlooked. I dont feel my health is truely cared for or recorded. I recommendwith any complaints speaking with patient relations like i have. Losing record or even continously over looking of information is poor management. I was unaware you could lose a life long disease. I had to ask if I could have bread again for them to find the diagnoses. I still have not heard from Virdi herself. It is required by hippa to retain all medical records for at least 6 years"
"Dr Virdi is a horrible person. She's rude and very controlling. She didn't really care about my health or I wouldn't have had to go to my heart doctor to have my blood pressure medication refilled because Dr Virdi wouldn't refill my prescription. I take 3 different blood pressure medications every day. I had very high blood pressure for 20 years.. the doctor prior to Dr Virdi referred me to a heart doctor in the Integis system. At that time I was taking 2 blood pressure medications. And my blood pressure still was very high. The heart Dr added one more blood pressure medication to the two medications I was already taking. FINALLY after 20+ years my blood pressure was under control. THEN Dr Virdi replaced the former Dr who moved to another state/town. I was comfortable with Dr Virdi in the beginning but it didn't take long for her controlling techniques to surface. Dr Virdi wouldn't refill my blood pressure medications prescribed by her fully knowing I needed the 3 medications to keep my blood pressure down to a healthy level. I was told to make an appointment with her and she would fill my prescriptions at the time of the appointment. I did make an appointment with her and the earliest appointment I could get was in 5 days. I was completely out of one blood pressure medication by then and my blood pressure was rising and my heart was beating hard and rapid. Dr Virdi would only give me a 3 month supply of the 2 medications under her control. This same thing happened again with Dr Virdi. I called my heart Dr and explained what was happening. My heart Dr filled my blood pressure medication with in 2 hours. The same thing happened again. I called my heart Dr again and he filled my prescriptions that day and this time he gave me refills. That's when I looked for and found another PCP . If Dr Virdi really was concerned about my health I wouldn't have gone above her to my heart Dr for meds. I shouldn't have to go to my heart Dr for medications prescribed by her. She's a horrible person and a horrible Dr. She SHOULD NOT have a license to practice... Find yourself another Dr. PLEASE"
