"Jaylin Byrd, Refuses to listen to patients. Cut me off so badly my FIRST visit, I asked for refusel of treatment requests and test to be documented in my chart. She did not like that , ended the vist . I was in serious medical distress, with issues I've had for 33 years. I was repeatedly ignored for what was actually wrong and sent for vigorous testing that had nothing to do with what was wrong me. It got so bad that my mother finally called and demanded that the test be given and ultrasound that was desperately needed and REQUESTED BY PREVIOUS Dr's. I was forced to wait another month before finally being referred to gynecologist after going to the ER and getting a referral there. It was found my uterus had ascended, actually attached itself to my right ovary in STAGE 3 endometrial cancer. The pain that I repeatedly told her I felt. I was given a life saving hysterectomy by my gynecologist after being made to wait 6 months for something I knew I was wrong. This office only cares about milking soonercare for every dollar they can through their little testing games. To Jaylin Byrd... You almost let me die if I could sue you I would.. 5 lawyers now ( still looking ) say , "I didn't let you torture me long enough, so the case is only worth $60,000 there's not enough money for a medical negligence case . So I am going to report you every health board every soonercare board I can. To ensure that you never let another person suffer while you milk the system. And no I won't be coming back into your office for more testing but thanks for holding my nausea meds hostage .. TO EVERY SINGLE SOONERCARE PAITENT YOU ARE NOT SAFE HERE. -Tracy"

To many clinics and Dr's these days don't take the time to get to know you and really listen to your medical issues, they tell you to come back later for other issues then, rush you out the door! This clinic treats you like they really care about your overall well-being!!"

"This is the most listening doctor (NP) I have ever met. She is very thorough. She did my annual physical and followed up with insurance and answered all my questions. We had a difficult situation to work through and she went out of the room, gave a few orders for a few other patients then came back and walked me through some awkward stuff. Very sensitive and not judgmental in any way. Very wonderful and her staff is funny. Would recommend her to anyone that wants a good listening family doctor."
