"Everyone was amazing, helpful, and kind. My nurses were the sweetest, and my anesthesiologist was very thorough and made sure all my questions were answered. Me pre-op nurse was the sweetest. She went iver everything and didn't rush. We, even, had conversations about ourselves. It definitely helped calm me. My anesthesiologist didn't rush, and he told me that he would keep a very close eye on my blood pressure (health reasons). After surgery, my nurse made sure I had everything I needed and didn't rush me to get ready. She told me to take my time. This place is absolutely amazing!"

"This was our first experience having one of our kiddos under General Anesthesia. The process in the beginning was a little confusing, but once I got the pieces rolling needed from me it all fell into place. Environment/atmosphere: Was wonderful! The staff were all amazing from check in to discharge. The nurse, doctor, and anesthesiologist all did a great job when explaining what would happen. My favorite part is they have a nurse cuddle your kiddo while they get you to come back once your kid is waking from the anesthesia. Cost: For us it was pricey up front. Staff: All superb! Discharge process: seamless! Said we were good to go after given instructions on care and our kiddo was ready to go. Follow up care/call: The provider that did our procedure called us by his cell a few hours after to check in. Building/Ease of Access: The drive in to the building from memorial is a little odd. It is a giant building with multiple places inside but the pediatric side was clearly marked."
