"Went here for 2 VA evaluations. The woman performing the hearing exam was extremely rude, condescending, trivialized my condition, & was insinuating that I was making it up. She attempted twice to manipulate my test results. She refused to acknowledge I needed hearing aids. When I told her the VA already gave me some, she had a stupid look on her face. Almost as if she hated me for some reason. Luckily I got a hearing test at the VA Clinic on the base before this "exam" & was able to get hearing aids to help with the deafening ringing I have in my left ear. I couldn't even sleep it was so bad. The woman performing my chronic pain exam didn't know what she was doing at all & was touching me without washing her hands or wearing gloves. Very disgusting. I don't understand what the problem is with these people. Especially the woman performing the hearing exam. It's almost as if they hate veterans & will do anything to deny benefits."
