I described what I wanted, just like I normally do to every other barber, but before I could stop them they had buzzed the top of my head and since there’s no going back once it was cut I didn’t say anything. What was the first haircut I didn’t tip, and I thought well it’ll grow back and I’ll just deal with it. After a few weeks though of growing, I now have a stripe across my head. They say they have a satisfaction guarantee, but there’s no way I’m going back to GOAT to have anyone try to fix this and risk making it worse."

"First time to this place and I am 100% impressed!! Not only was it clean and organized well. They were very friendly walked through my son's haircut with me because I had specified online when I made the appointment he has alot of cowlicks and I wanted to get him a style that worked with them better!. She talked to me about the options and even let my son have insight into what works! They have a complimentary soda,coffee or hot chocolate machine with an assortment of snacks! They offer a huge variety of services too, some at other branches but still! They are in a nice area and stay open late enough to accommodate a working mom! My 10year old son felt like a million bucks after! The pricing is definitely fair for a boys cut and style and a shampoo, which he loved! Hahaha will be back!!"
