"I recently started coming here and McKenna has been doing my hair. She recently took my 7+ month regrowth and made a masterpiece. She was kind, helpful, asked all the questions to make sure I left with the hair I dreamed of. I mean… Just look at that before and after! The salon was very clean and I loved the layout and look. They had these old school hair dryers as decor which I thought was neat. I also appreciated that beyond McKenna other staff were kind and offered a snack or drink. overall a wonderful experience and I plan on coming back for all my hair needs!"

"Family over business is unacceptable. Let me explain. I had excellent experiences with this salon, spent hundreds of dollars between myself and my daughter. I went through the trouble of buying hair extensions after The beautician said she could order them for me. I was very scared and nervous about getting these extensions and spending all of the money on them. Well today, my nephew got in a fight at his school and had to be taken to the hospital. I was needed by my family to watch my two-year-old nephew who is autistic and who currently had an appointment going on. I had to cancel my appointment and they charged me $100. They then said that I could come and split my appointment into two separate appointments if I got there within 30 minutes. Miraculously my sister-in-law was able to return with my nephew, who ended up being okay, within the time frame of 30 minutes. As I was hurrying out the door to try to at least get my hair colored in preparation of my extensions, they canceled on me and told me not to come. I'm incredibly insulted with their professionalism, and their compassion. I was a loyal customer and had planned on being a loyal customer. But their inability to see me as a human, and going back on what they said they would do, lost my business forever. Not only did they lose my business, but they just lost a bunch of business from my family who goes to them. I was terrified for this leap with my hair extensions, now $900 later, I have a bunch of extensions and nowhere to go."

"Lisa and staff are absolutely amazing! I've been going to Lisa since I moved to Utah in 2016, before she had this location. She has built an amazing salon with a team of stylists who are all talented and knowledgable and take pride in their work and their customer's vision and satisfaction. I've referred many friends who have become regulars of the salon. I encourage anyone and everyone to go here! Although I specifically go to Lisa I would feel confident in anyone of her team members to do my hair. It a great stylish, retro salon with truly well trained stylists who take passion in what they do. Always teaching, learning and staying up to date and perfecting new trends, techniques and products. "Bought the service off Groupon and scheduled an appointment. First off, the scheduling app they use makes it so easy which is really convenient. Maeghan was the one who did my hair and she was simply the best. Not only did she do an amazing job but she was also super personable and fun to talk to. This service was well worth the investment and I will definitely be back!"
