"My wife got me a membership for Christmas. The first time I used the membership in Sandy it was a great experience. No issue with booking or the level of service. Called the Riverton location and tried to schedule a haircut and beard trim with the membership but come to find out that who ever took the call left off the beard trim. No big deal, I schedule another appointment in two weeks to get the beard taken care off. The only problem is they leave that beard off again and the stylist does not have time in the schedule to trim the beard. Don't know if I should try for a third time."

"Trisha at GOAT was amazing. We brought my three-year-old son in for a last-minute cut (we usually go to Cookie Cutters but they couldn't fit us in) and she was stellar. She was friendly, so patient with a squirmy toddler, and made him feel so comfortable and happy with his hair. Can't recommend enough!"

"I like this salon. However, my last experience wasn't the best. I needed a very specialized haircut. I scheduled with someone we had seen previously. I scheduled with her again because we liked her and felt confident she could do the cut. But for some reason the salon thought it was okay to just put me with whomever, which ended up being a brand new stylist. They didn't even mention the switch or tell us until my child was seated in the chair and someone came to cut his hair. The lady who came to cut his hair was brand new to the salon, we'd never seen her before, and we didn't request her. I acknowledge new people have to start somewhere, however we weren't asked, we weren't told, and it turned out nothing like we asked for. She had to ask for help several times to complete the cut. This was not an oversight or an accident. This was the salon assuming they could make changes and their guests wouldn't notice. We won't be back."
