"My boyfriend went here and asked if they had any openings for a walk in. Was told they could fit him in soon and to have a seat. After an hour, he asked how much more of a wait and they said they were almost ready. After waiting a second hour, he asked why the wait was so much longer than he was told, and why he had not been able to get a haircut yet. They asked who told him they could fit him in, and then told him that stylist had already gone home for the day. They then asked if he had checked in on the app, which no one had mentioned to him up until this point. They said it's corporate policy to check in on the app, and that because he didn't check in no one could cut his hair. He would have had no issue doing so if he had known 2 hours before when he arrived. They was told that he could wait a 3rd hour if he checked in on the app to which he declined. In the 2 hours he waited, no staff members bothered to check in or notice how long he'd been waiting. When he brought it to their attention, no one apologized or offered to rectify the situation."
