"I went in on Saturday. I checked in online which was easy to do and convenient. The wait times are very accurate. My stylist was very friendly and everyone working there acknowledged customers and were kind. I liked my stylist a lot and got a women's hair trim. It was under $30 with a tip. I think the people working here are doing great work and deserve some praise from management at the very least. Thanks everyone for working hard."

"I had trouble experience with one of the stylists. Very bad customer service , keep pushing of cutting layers when I politely asked her no. With her responding with rude tone and make me feel uncomfortable. they need work more on there customers service !!!"
"We ended up leaving and not finishing through with it. we were there nearly an hour and my nephew was still 2nd in line the wait time kept going up and he kept getting pushed back. not worth it at all"
