We closed on three houses over the last ten years and we have been to other Stewart Title offices before, but the one on 15950 Dallas Pkwy #100 in Dallas, TX was the worst. On our planned closing date, they did not have all the paper work ready. My wife, who was out of state at that time, had to sign one day earlier, but the paperwork was not shipped in time overnight. So we had to close three days later. And at the end my wife did not show up on the title because the deed was not filed correctly at the county office."
