"Unfortunately I can only give this business one star. If you are looking for an agency who will respond to you, I recommend looking elsewhere and saving yourself the headache. Last year, our house closing was nearly delayed because this agency would not respond to me. Then, when they did respond, they used my incorrect name and address on my policy documents. Then, it took an additional week to get these issues corrected. To resolve issues in communication, Johnathan provided me with the contact information for other employees in his office. This year, I needed to make a change to my policy and have emailed 4 times and still do not have the answers I need, despite emailing everyone in his office. I highly recommend you seek out another agency for your insurance needs."
