They are open early and stay open later which is very convenient. The kids always seem excited to come in the morning. "We recently decided to transfer our child from The Learning Experience (TLE) due to a mix of positive experiences and significant concerns that accumulated over time. We aim to provide balanced feedback for other parents considering childcare options. On the positive side, TLE has organized engaging events for the children, including Halloween and Christmas celebrations. These events allowed the kids to trick or treat and meet Santa, creating memorable experiences. Additionally, TLE has a thoughtful practice of sending home learning toys at the end of each educational curriculum, extending the learning experience beyond the classroom. However, we encountered several challenges during our time at TLE that significantly influenced our decision to transfer. Instability within the center, such as constant changes in classroom locations, teachers, and employees, created a disruptive learning environment. The lack of consistency was challenging for our child. Hygiene issues, including frequent diaper rashes due to a lack of timely changes, and coming home with diapers that did not belong to our child, highlighted a lack of attention to detail in her care. Cleanliness standards were below our expectations, and we observed a disorganized environment. One particularly troubling incident was the reported presence of marijuana in the classroom. While we appreciate the swift action taken—firing the involved teacher—the incident raised serious concerns about the safety and environment provided to the children. While TLE provided positive aspects and engaging activities, the presence of these issues significantly impacted our child's overall well-being and development during her time there. ***** UPDATE So, the owner reached out after our review and dangled a free month at their new spot in the nearby town. Honestly, we're not biting. Our conversation got interesting – they spilled the beans on hiring more for availability than skills due to some sudden growth spurt. They also insisted they've never had a weed incident like ours. But get this—they shot down any talk of a refund, even though the Director at Bixby hinted at it when we gave notice and then took it back before we left."

I love how clean the center is and how well they keep us informed with pictures and updates throughout the day. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and add to the experience. This is the most organized and well thought out place that I have ever seen."
