"They will kick your children out as punishment. If they have a bad week. It's suspension. If they bite, they get sent home. These are learned behaviors that they will learn with other kids. They will come home with bite marks yet get kicked out for biting. Our children don't behave this way at home. First child got kicked out suddenly after having a bad 2 weeks. Not even 2 years old. Went to a new daycare and we magically havent had one issue with her. Now the 3 year old who did good for months had one bad week and one bad day. She doesn't want to nap so she gets bored. She will swing at someone or tell a teacher no and get sent home immediately. We finally can have peace of mind knowing we won't get calls having to leave work. This place is ridiculous. Don't waste your time."
"Amazing daycare! I entered this daycare almost 8 years ago, after our house burned down. We would be moving to the area due to the fire and desperately needed to find a new daycare for our 11 month old. I was in tears as they told me they didn't currently have a spot. However, the owner, Holly, was able to accommodate our family! I hated leaving my previous daycare, as my two older children had attended it until they aged out. However, here I am, 8 years later, and my child (now almost 9) has been blessed to attend this daycare - and still does and will for the foreseeable future. Not only that, but I had another baby 2-1/2 years ago who also attends. The care has been impeccable since day one. The staff turnover is minimal! Of course, people come and go, but there are SEVERAL teachers that have been there with me these almost 8 years! We know and love them all. The people who work here are truly a part of our life, our family. I have complete trust in their care. Holly and her staff are available and transparent, which I value. They discuss their thoughts, plans and observations with me. I'm always aware and kept in the loop about going ons within the daycare or about my child specifically. My children love their teachers and friends here. I feel confident that while I'm at work, someone is loving my children and taking care of them as their own. 5 Stars!"
"My son started at this daycare about 4 months ago and we could not have asked for a better place to be! The teachers are all very experienced and take amazing care of their students. I've witnessed the owner go above and beyond for her clients. Not only is she caring, but the knowledge and experience she has shows in her daily interactions with each family."
"They have made my timid son feel welcome. He truly enjoys school now and loves his teachers."
"My son was removed from this daycare when he was around 18 months old for biting. As if that is something I can discipline a baby for. Switched to an in home daycare and my sons biting decreased to nothing because he got the attention he needed instead of having to bite to get attention to show that he needed something. Hardly seemed to pick him up clean, extra clothes seemed to be utilized daily, and the teachers all looked very young and inexperienced. Also was told by the owner through text how because of my son, parents are threatening to leave her facility. And again, he’s still a baby. I was on DHS subsidy at the time, so my child and I were easily disposable since she didn’t make as much off of us versus her private pay parents. I left and never went back. So thankful I took him out of a daycare center environment."
