"I took my 2 boys to the North Orem location. One of the stylists was very professional and knew what she was doing, so that part of the experience was good. The other stylist, Hannah, didn't know the difference between a mohawk and a crew cut. I showed her a picture of the exact haircut I wanted which was a new trendy Mohawk style, and she said "Oh, so you just want a standard mullet?" I said no, it's not a mullet and showed her the picture again. She was very snappy toward me and my son said that she pulled on his hair and yanked his head around. When she was done, she showed me and I told her it was not the cut I asked for. She did not apologize or seem concerned at all. She then threw a fit because I wanted to pay for their cuts separately so I could give the other girl a tip. I am going to take my son back another day to see if I can get someone who knows what they are doing, to fix it. If anybody goes there, don't let Hannah do your hair. She should be working at the dollar cuts."
