"Michael’s has changed since re decorating and making it less of an art store and more of a home decor store. Service is mostly self serv, No employees avail for help and 2 of my online orders were wrong… the only 2 I ever tried! I’m disappointed as I’ve been going to Michael’s for decades and it’s just not the friendly everything you need for Art, crafts and whatever else store anymore. It’s gone the fancy way of Pier One…. and now Pier One is gone! Hobby Lobby is taking the place lately."

"Had a wonderful experience at the Michaels store on Bethany in Allen. I was struggling with a framing project I was doing myself and Ari in framing was so helpful. She cut the glass I needed and gave me great advice on how to finish the project. Her knowledge and helpfulness was greatly appreciated. She went above and beyond what I expected. She even carried my whole project out to my car for me! She made my day! Thank you, Ari!!"

"I went to pick up my online order. There’s always something more I need when I go to a craft store, plus, I’m visiting from Michigan and wanted to browse! Initially, I was disappointed because the store looked small upon entering. But to my amazement and joy, I saw that this was a two story store!!!! Oh! The joy of using an escalator!!! I was very impressed with this visit. The store was spacious and clean. Large selection of all crafts. It was set up differently than I’m used to, but that doesn’t change the quality of the visit. Employees were courteous and extremely friendly and helpful. My online order was ready very quickly upon placing the order and pickup was snappy and quick."
