"She is nice and installation of the weft went ok and didn’t hurt like some others. A few of the beads detached from the weft and it bunch a lot in the back. Tried to get it repair and she agreed to meet me but then missed my appt (didn’t show up at all). This was after I drove 40 mins and she had text to confirm the appt the previous day. She did agree to come in if I would wait another 22 mins while she drove there. I didn’t. I had my regular appt set up for early sept and she just canceled it on me as I didn’t immediately text back. Not a great experience overall."

"First time using IBE extensions! The extensions feel super natural and I was able to match my hair color pretty easy.My head did feel a little sore the day my extensions were installed but other than that I did not feel any kind of soreness. Kass did an amazing job at explaining the whole process as well as after installation care.Installation and move up appointments were fairly quick and she was always willing to be flexible to find a time to fit me in. IBE and Kass are the way to go!"
