"This vendor has continued to invoice us even though we haven't taken classes for months. They claim we signed up for a six month contract when I have proof that we only wanted to try for one month. Instead of letting my kids make up classes that were already paid for, or offering a refund to remedy the situation, they want to charge cancelation fees. Basically, they have charged us $400 for three classes. I have been round and round with their "manager" on this, and nothing was ever accomplished. Kat was rude, unsympathetic, almost argumentative, and did nothing to help."

They change the activities & equipment around in the main area to make new challenges and while that takes place, they keep the kids engaged in social & physical education activities where they talk with each other or play games to learn about their body! I really didn't know what I was expecting but this is better than that! Coaches are all amazing!!"
